Residential survey - Boundary survey - Subdivision survey - Anchorage

Record of Survey including asbuilt and boundary location

As-Built Surveys

Our as-built surveys provide accurate measurements and detailed information about existing structures and features on your property. This information is essential for renovation and remodeling projects, as well as for ensuring compliance with zoning and building regulations.

Boundary Surveys

This survey identifies the corners and property boundary lines of a land parcel, commonly employed to resolve property disputes, establish easements, or prepare for construction.

Subdivision Design

Our subdivision survey & design services provide comprehensive planning and design for new residential and commercial developments. We work closely with developers and engineers to ensure that the subdivision is designed to meet the needs of the community and complies with all zoning and land use regulations.

Topographic Surveys

Measuring land elevation and contours, this survey produces a detailed map of surface features, encompassing natural and man-made structures.

Photo Control Surveys

These surveys are required to add accurate horizontal and vertical measurements to aerial (manned or UAV) flight missions. We provide photo panel placement and existing feature locations using GNSS receivers along with removal after successful missions. Typically, QA/QC ground shots are acquired during the control survey.

Hydrographic Survey

Measuring water depth and features for navigation, dredging, or environmental studies.
